By keeping all data and interactions electronic, we offer end-to-end tracking of a candidate’s application allowing us to ensure fast turnaround times and accurate recommendations. FitWorker360’s reporting and analytic systems allow us to constantly monitor and fine-tune our business processes delivering even greater benefit to our customers.

All medical appointment bookings and follow-up are handled by FitWorker360 Connect’s online booking system and the Customer Service support/admin team. The team is available to assist client applicants during business hours (AEST) with self-help/online assistance offered 24/7. Telehealth appointments for the musculoskeletal and functional assessments are usually available within 24 to 48 business hours (next day appointments) for applicants, but often same-day appointments are offered.
FitWorker360 has developed our own proprietary purpose-built telehealth tool, SureLink. This allows candidates to complete their entire pre-employment medical from start to finish (complete their information profiles, questionnaire(s), book their assessment and attend their assessment) via one simple, user-friendly and secure system. FitWorker360 has total control and ownership of this program.
